Congrats to Salina, KS for raising $2200 and donating to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center, to Portage, IN for raising $3500 for the Relay For Life, and to Cedar Rapids, IA for raising $1500 for the Especially For You Foundation. A great big thank you goes out to Talent On Parade for donating $5000 to Dancers Against Cancer. On June 19th Jody was able to attend the nationals in Des Moines, IA and was presented with the check just before an awards ceremony.

Event Schedule
On January 9th DAC was back in Portage, IN where the National Honor Society from Portage High School organized a great show. Thank you to Toni's Dance Academy, Good Time Cloggers, Taft Middle School Dance Team, Civic Dance Center, Mirror Image Dance Academy, Works In Motion Dance Academy, Origins Dance Academy, Eclipse Performing Arts, Portage High ROTC Honor Guard, Griffith High School , Wilbur Wright Middle School Dance Team, Portage High Dance Team, Munster High School Dance Team, and Portage High School students.
This year's hostess, Kristie Stanfield, did a great job of organizing and getting so many performers. This year Portage High's show raised $3500 that will be donated to Portage Relay For Life being held in June.

On September 19th in Texarkana, DAC held their annual benefit show raising $1500 and counting. Thank you to Arkansas High Redline, Arkansas High ROTC, Future AHS Redline, D2I The Company, Genoa Central High School Cheer, Guys and Dolls Square Dance Club, TAPS, Trice Dance Team, and Texas Senior High Cheer.
Once again Jessica Vickers pulled everyone together for a great show held at Arkansas High. Jessica also designed and sold many t-shirts adding to the amount.
