  • Flaxseeds are one of the most powerful foods known to protect against and fight breast cancer. Flaxseeds are high in fiber and contain 100 times more lignans ( a powerful anticancer substance ) than any other edible plant. You should eat 2-3 tablespoons of flaxseeds a day or by taking one capsule of a supplement called Brevail. 
  • Women who eat the most red meat have a higher risk of breast cancer than those who do not. The saturated fat in animals stores cancer-causing toxins from the environment and growth hormones and increases other cancer promoters.

  • Cancer loves sugar. High insulin levels increase your risk of breast cancer by as much as 283 percent. Insulin causes cancer cells to divide and grow faster. It also lowers the number of protein binders in your blood and, thus,  increases the amount of estrogen that can attach to your breast cells.
