This page is only to make suggestions in the fight against breast cancer, to help educate women in avoiding breast cancer, living longer after breast cancer, and a better understanding of WHY ME ?

  • DDT ( pesticide ) used on vegetables and fruits from Mexico and other countries ( DDT is now outlawed in the United States ) is such a threat to women because it mimics estrogen. It acts just like the human estrogen molecule in your body, but with one big difference. This man-made chemical is much more powerful than natural estrogen. DDT increases the rate at which cells divide in the breast-so much so that it dramatically increases your risk of breast cancer. When possible you should buy organic food. Then you'll know there is no risk of DDT getting into your body.
  • Green tea is considered the number one anticancer beverage because it contains anti-inflammatories and antioxidants. Women who drink green tea have a lower risk of breast cancer and live much longer if they do develop breast cancer. Green tea stops tumors from growing back, inhibits the growth of breast cancer, and decreases the incidence of tumors metastasizing.
Drinking 8-10 cups of green tea a day can significantly lower your risk of breast cancer. Or taking two 250-mg green tea capsules a day.
  • Tumeric is considered the number one anticancer spice. It is 300 times more powerful as an antioxidant than vitamin E. Tumeric blocks the estrogen effects of breast caner-inducing pesticides.
  • Women who eat as little as one clove of garlic a week have a statistically significant lower incidence of breast cancer. Garlic has more antioxidants than any other vegetable, boosts the immune system, and decreases the formation of carcinogens in breast tissue by 50-70 percent.
